“The AEQUALIS FLEX REVIVE Shoulder System will allow clinicians to address unmet clinical needs within the spectrum of revision shoulder arthroplasty. The modular functionality of the AEQUALIS FLEX REVIVE Shoulder System allows clinicians to create constructs that address unique anatomies which include proximal humeral bone loss, while also allowing for use in primary anatomic or reversed configuration, as well as convertible between anatomic and reversed configurations.

The Humeral Implant Assembly is comprised of a Proximal Body and Distal Stem or Proximal Body, Spacer(s), and Distal Stem depending upon patient anatomy. The modular humeral components are secured by an Assembly Screw and Locking Cap into a Humeral Implant Assembly. The Proximal Body and Distal Stem include a Plasma Titanium Coating, that is used to increase fixation and enhance bone on-growth.

The AEQUALIS FLEX REVIVE Shoulder System includes diverse sizing flexibility, with Proximal Body, Spacer, and Distal Stem diameters from 9 – 19mm (2mm increments) and the ability to configure a Humeral Implant Assembly from 120mm to 300mm in length. In either the anatomic or reverse configurations, the Humeral Implant Assembly will mate with the AEQUALIS ASCEND™ FLEX Humeral Heads or Reversed Trays.”
